Your precautions
When dealing with gold and money, extensive safety precautions are essential. For this reason, we have developed a unique safety system that makes selling fully free of risks.
To be honest, selling to us is even safer than selling to any jeweller's, pawn shop or bank because with us, you remain fully anonymous and there is no way anybody can watch you selling your items. If desired, we will even have your gold collected by a secure transport company from the comfort of your own home or office - free of charge!
Our safety package

Collection by secure transport
If desired, we will even have your valuable items collected by a discreet secure transport company from the comfort of your own home or office - free of charge! We have several companies working for us, some of them also cooperate with banks and financial institutions. Smaller parcels up to a value of 5,000 pounds are collected by DHL. Large parcels worth more than 30,000 pounds are collected by Securelog.

Full insurance cover
As soon as you give the secure transport company your parcel or have taken it to the post office, you can enjoy full insurance cover up to 1.5 million pounds. If you send your parcel yourself, your parcel is only covered by insurance if you have accordingly insured it.

Discretion
No unauthorized person or company will find out about your gold sale. If you don't even want your bank to find out about the transaction, we even offer cash by post. After conclusion of the transaction, your personal details will be deleted and the transaction filed.

Video surveillance
If desired, the analysis process will be recorded by a video camera. We will send you the recording as proof on request. Please send us an e-mail telling us if you want to make use of this service.

Transparency thanks to customer feedback
