Usage Agreement & Licence Fees

It is necessary to obtain written permission to be allowed to use our texts, photos or images in all events. Merely our gold calculator widgets and the advertising banners are excepted from the requirement of written permission, insofar as they advertise our website either directly or indirectly.

The one-off basic fee for the usage of our texts, photos or images is 49.00 Euros and is irrespective of the scope or duration of usage. In addition to the basic fess for usage, we charge the following licence fees:

+ Licence fee for texts up to 200 words	149.00 Euros per month
+ Licence fee for texts up to 300 words	199.00 Euros per month
+ Licence fee for texts exceeding 300 words	299.00 Euros per month
+ Licence fee per photo	99.00 Euros per month
+ Licence fee per image	149.00 Euros per month

The following texts are not covered by the above-mentioned licence fees and the following licence fees are charged separately:

Additional Regulations Governing the Usage of our Texts

Nofollow & Noindex

Please make sure that when using our texts on your website, the corresponding subpages on which our texts are published may not be included in the search engine index. The User undertakes to protect all corresponding pages against the indexing in a search machine index in the file “robots.txt”. Should the User breach this essential requirement, we shall charge one-off compensation amounting to 199.00 Euros per week and per breach irrespective of the length of the texts used.

Surcharge for Failure to Name Author/Originator

In the event that the author/originator is not named, we will charge a surcharge of 100 percent.
