You have no obligation to sell to us. Should you decide not to sell your valuables to us or should our offer not come up to your expectations, then we will return everything to you without delay, packed appropriately and fully insured.

Free return of your gemstones

We do not buy either precious stones of gemstones. However, it would be our pleasure at your request to remove your favoured stones for free. Stones that cannot be removed (because they are very, very small, for example) are excluded from this service. Yet, we are able to remove most stones.

Free return delivery of non-usable items

Frequently, people send us bracelets, rings or silverware that are not made of real gold or silver. Unfortunately, we cannot buy these items. It would be our pleasure to return them to you - for free.
